谈高校校报思想政治教育的作用

高校校报既是高校思想宣传工作的重要阵地,又是高校进行思想政治教育的重要平台。深入分析、挖掘校报的思想政治教育作用,对校报提高办报质量,有针对性地为高校发展提供舆论支持具有深远意义。只有充分发挥高校校报在思想政治工作中的作用,才能稳固校园主流媒体的地位。     

The multiplicative representation for multiple objectives optimization with an application for arms procurement

Multiple Objectives Optimization is much seen in combination with linear functions and even with linear programming, together with an adding of the objectives by using weights. With distance functions, normalization instead of weights is used. It is also possible that together with an additive direct influence of the objectives on the utility function a mutual utility of the objectives exists under the form of a multiplicative representation. A critical comment is brought on some representations of this kind. A full‐multiplicative form may offer other opportunities, which will be discussed at length in an effort to exclude weights and normalization. 新疆高校新闻专业人才培养现状、问题与对策

作为区域内新闻专业人才培养的主要阵地，新疆高校在新闻专业人才培养上起步较晚。但随着新疆区域内新闻专业人才需求的逐步扩大以及国家政策的扶持，这种状况在上世纪八十年代后得以改观。上世纪九十年代末以来，新疆部分高校相继开办了新闻专业，使新闻专业人才培养阵地迅速扩张。短期内的迅速扩张，随之也带来了诸多问题。客观理性分析产生这些问题的原因并及时寻找解决问题的对策，对提高新疆高校新闻专业人才培养质量，为区域经济发展提供人才支撑有重要意义。     

Resequencing with parallel queues to minimize the maximum number of items in the overflow area

This article treats an elementary optimization problem, where an inbound stream of successive items is to be resequenced with the help of multiple parallel queues in order to restore an intended target sequence. Whenever early items block the one item to be currently released into the target sequence, they are withdrawn from their queue and intermediately stored in an overflow area until their actual release is reached. We aim to minimize the maximum number of items simultaneously stored in the overflow area during the complete resequencing process. We met this problem in industry practice at a large German automobile producer, who has to resequence containers with car seats prior to the assembly process. We formalize the resulting resequencing problem and provide suited exact and heuristic solution algorithms. In our computational study, we also address managerial aspects such as how to properly avoid the negative effects of sequence alterations. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 合理利用军地资源实施一体化保障是现代战争或非战争军事行动基建营房保障的重要内容，然而，包含大量此类信息的商用网络、行业网络和平时基建营房业务管理网络的信息如何能被有效利用却是一个令人头疼的问题。依托军事信息栅格和地方多个行业信息网络，研究、设计缓冲数据库和数据订制服务软件，安全可靠地将分布在多个信息栅格中的基建营房保障所需信息耦合到军事后勤信息网络中，为快速、科学制定基建营房保障计划和实施战时基建营房一体化保障提供强有力的信息支持。     

《计算机与信息技术基础》课程分类分层次教学模式的研究与实践--以新疆艺术学院为例

在艺术类入校新生计算机应用能力水平偏低但存在差异的背景下，为提高计算机应用能力水平、信息素养和计算思维能力，进行《计算机与信息技术基础》课程分层教学模式研究，通过调查研究、课程建设等，建立教学目标分层，教学内容分层和教学评价分层，改变传统快慢班或讲授不同课程内容的分层方式，对教学内容进行整合，并进行分层递进教学。     

装备维修性增长及其基本过程研究

为了解决当前装备的维修性问题，揭示维修性发展的一般规律，进行了维修性增长的研究。首先阐明了装备维修性形成与演变的一般规律，继而提出了维修性增长的概念，重点研究了维修性增长的内涵与增长的一般过程，最后对解决增长问题所需的模型进行了分类，为增长技术的深入研究奠定了基础。     

对我国农村环境污染防治对策的系统分析

分析了现阶段我国农村环境污染的主要特点，并对农村环境污染防治的宏观对策进行了系统性分析。由手农村污染严重、防治形势严峻且比城市环境污染情况复杂，在制定农村环境污染防治对策时，需要运用系统工程原理全方位、全过程分析实际情况，制定整体效果最优的系统化对策组合，并注意对策措施的系统性、协调性、连续性和针对性。     

论大学生创业素质的养成

随着时代发展和我国高校毕业分配制度的变化,新时代的大学生应具备一定的创业素质。为此,高校思想政治教育应对大学生创业发展的需求采取相应的措施。     

思想政治教育对高校突发事件的防范功能研究

为维持高校和社会的和谐稳定，必须防范高校突发事件的发生。思想政治教育对高校突发事件有着特殊而重大的防范功能，它不但能为防范突发事件提供可靠的思想保证和精神动力，而且其本身就是防范突发事件的重要手段。思想政治教育在思想引导、心理干预、利益协调、情绪宣泄、预防文化教育和预警等方面都具有对高校突发事件的防范功能。
